NCDSB Student Receive Catholic Christian Values & Academic Excellence and Leadership Awards

The Northeastern Catholic District School Board is proud to announce the recipients of Catholic Christian Values Award and the Academic Excellence and Leadership Award. 

The awards are being handed out during this week’s Grade 8 Celebrations of Excellence and the Grade 12 graduation ceremonies.

The Catholic Christian Values Award is to be presented to:

  • a graduating student who is a Grade 8 graduate of a Catholic elementary school;
  • a student who has demonstrated consistent and significant service to others and to his/her community;
  • a student who lives his/her faith, is charitable, considerate and respectful of his/her peers, and who displays a behavior consistent with Gospel teachings.

The Award for Academic Excellence is to be presented to:

  • a Grade 8 graduating student;
  • a graduating student who has demonstrated superior and diverse knowledge, skills and attitudes reflected in his/her academic achievements, and involvement in school community.

The Northeastern Catholic District School Board would like to congratulate all award recipients and to the entire graduating class of 2014.
