Timmins Police Lay Charge in Break and Enter at Clothing Store

The Timmins Police Service has charged a local 30 year old male after investigating a break and enter at a local business. On August 15th 2013, police responded to a break and enter that occurred at downtown clothing retailer.

On August 15th 2013, police responded to a break and enter that occurred at downtown clothing retailer. Upon arrival, officers found the front door to be smashed and several items had been displaced inside the business. Upon investigating, it was revealed that approximately $2400 in merchandise was stolen.

The Timmins Police have charged Edward Spence with one count of break and enter and two counts of breach of probation.

Spence was held pending a bail hearing on Monday August 19, 2013.
