Kindergarten registration to take place in our Catholic schools

The Northeastern Catholic District School Board’s family of schools are busy preparing for the upcoming Kindergarten registration, scheduled to take place on Monday, Jan. 30. The open houses on Jan. 30 will allow you and your child to meet the staff, tour the learning environments and make some new friends.

All children born in the year 2013 are now ready to register for the English and French Immersion kindergarten program starting in September 2017. 

Daphne Brumwell, Superintendent of Education commented, “We invite all parents and their children to visit one of our Catholic schools on Monday, Jan. 30. Our schools offer excellent faith-based programs that allow each child to meet his/her full potential.”

 Kindergarten programs are taking place at the following schools:

  • Aileen Wright English Catholic School in Cochrane
  • Bishop Belleau School in Moosonee
  • English Catholic Central School in New Liskeard
  • Holy Family School in Englehart
  • St. Anne Catholic School in Iroquois Falls
  • St. Jerome School in Kirkland Lake
  • St. Joseph School in South Porcupine
  • St. Patrick Catholic School in Cobalt
  • St. Patrick School in Kapuskasing
  • St. Paul School (Future Pope Francis Elementary School) in Timmins

Please mark your calendars on Jan. 30 to visit one of our neighbourhood Catholic schools between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. 

Also, you can apply to register your child online at www.ncdsb.on.ca.
