Waste and recycling pickup for some areas in the east end could be delayed, according to the City of Timmins.
A city notice says today's pickup in some areas of Porcupine and South Porcupine area will be delayed or postponed.
The streets the city is reporting could be affected are Harold to Huot, and all of the south side of Porcupine
Recycling for residents from Connaught Hill to King Street will be picked up Friday, Dec. 20.
"Collections are ongoing and will continue into the evening. If your carts are not collected please have them curbside no later than 7:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20," reads the notice.
