Join the Porcupine Art Club and the Timmins Museum: National Exhibition Centre in celebrating Northern Ontario Art and Artists.

The Northern Ontario Art Association’s 61st Annual Juried Exhibition continues a tradition of providing communities across the region with access to original art.

Out of 131 submissions from 15 independent clubs, 38 were selected by an independent jury tour across 12 communities over the next 12 months. This year’s touring show begins right here at home in Timmins.

On Saturday Sept. 16, 2017 at 2 p.m., the public is invited to come out to the show opening and awards presentation at the Timmins Museum:National Exhibition Centre, 325 Second Avenue, Timmins. This is your opportunity to see the artwork firsthand and meet some of the artists before the tour begins. All ages are welcome!

The NOAA’s objectives are to encourage original art, the appreciation of the work of artists, and to further art education in Northern Communities.
