South Porcupine OPP Charge Suspended Driver

(SOUTH PORCUPINE) – An officer with the South Porcupine Ontario Provincial Police has charged a Timmins man with Driving Under Suspension stemming from a routine traffic stop on November 18 th , 2013.

(SOUTH PORCUPINE) – An officer with the South Porcupine Ontario Provincial Police has charged a Timmins man with Driving Under Suspension stemming from a routine traffic stop on November 18th, 2013.

The OPP officer had occasion to stop the driver of a 1998 Chevrolet pickup truck for an alleged traffic violation on Hwy 101 west of Timmins.

Based on the routine investigative steps taken by the OPP officer, it was determined that the driver is currently under suspension in the province of Ontario.

Rheal NAULT, 42, of Timmins, Ontario, has been charged with Driving While Under Suspension and Drive Motor Vehicle – No Currently Validated Permit contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.

NAULT is required to attend Provincial Court in Timmins on December 12th to answer to the charges laid against him.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
