  • Kirkland Lake - Englehart
  • Temiskaming Shores - Temagami
  • Chapleau - Missinaibi Lake
  • Gogama - Foleyet

Snowstorm on the way beginning Monday night.

A low-pressure system will emerge from Texas and track towards the Great Lakes on Monday. This low will bring an area of snow with it, reaching areas near Lake Superior Monday evening, then spreading east to the Quebec border by Tuesday morning,

Total snowfall amounts of 10 to 20 cm are expected, with locally higher amounts possible.

The snow will move out of the area by Tuesday evening as the low-pressure area crosses Central or Eastern Ontario into Quebec.

Poor winter driving conditions are expected. Motorists should be prepared to adjust their travel plans accordingly.
