NORTHEASTERN CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD

The Northeastern Catholic District School Board has been advised by the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association (OECTA) that they will engage in a province wide, full withdrawal of services on Thursday, March 5, 2020. As a result of this job action, all NCDSB schools will be closed to students on Thursday, March 5, 2020 unless an agreement is reached with the Provincial Government.
School safety remains our priority. For the Northeastern Catholic District School Board all of our teachers are members of OECTA. As such, we would not be able to safely operate our schools.
Again, all schools will be closed to students on Thursday, March 5, 2020.
