This Sunday, Oct. 15 is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day. The purpose of the day is to recognize families who have experienced a loss, open the door to different education and support groups, and let them know they're not alone.

Pictured with Mayor Black are family members who have experienced such a loss and represent Hope Boxes.

Hope Boxes provides grief resource boxes to families and are also available through the OB Ward and ER at the Timmins and District Hospital.
