The Timmins Police Service is seeking information from anyone who may have witnessed a collision involving a pedestrian.
The collision occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m. the morning of December 2, 2015 at the intersection of Balsam Street North and Sixth Avenue.
Police and EMS were called to the scene after a 47-year-old female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while crossing at the intersection.
The pedestrian was transported to hospital by EMS with life-threatening injuries.
The collision is being investigated by the Traffic Services Section of the Timmins Police Service.
