Police look to identify truck theft suspect (3 photos)

The truck went missing sometime overnight Tuesday

The Timmins Police Service is actively seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect allegedly involved in a recent theft of vehicle.

Sometime between the hours of 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12 and 4 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, an unknown male person stole a 2012 Dodge Ram pickup truck, grey in colour.

The theft occurred in a residential area in the north end of the city of Timmins.

Investigators now believe the stolen vehicle may now have stolen license plates attached to it.

The matter remains under investigation and anyone with relevant information is asked to call the Timmins Police Service at 705-264-1201 with their information, quoting incident #TI190035153.
