TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE

*************************
The Timmins Police Service, in partnership with the Timmins Therapeutic Riding Association, will host a pumpkin carving contest just in time for Halloween.

The contest will take place during the annual “Spook Walk” on October 17 and 18, 2014.

Participants of all ages are encouraged to participate, and are invited to drop off their carved pumpkins, with a flameless tea-light to Rainbow Stables (Mahoney Road) on October 17 after 1 p.m.

Pumpkins will be displayed and assigned an identification number for judging purposes.

Judging will take place during the Spook Walk’s second night, on October 18, 2014.

The most creatively carved pumpkin will be rewarded with a prize from Future Shop.

Please join us for this new contest in hopes to evoke some Halloween spirit and for the chance to win a great prize!
