TORONTO – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad would like to advise the public that a Federal Offender who has been unlawfully at large since the 21st of April, 2015 has been apprehended in the city of Toronto.

Darryl Babinski was located and arrested without incident by the Provincial ROPE Squad last evening. 

The offender was serving a 5 year sentence for Armed Robbery, Threaten Death and Mischief, when he breached his parole and his whereabouts became unknown.

The Provincial ROPE Squad would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this investigation.

TORONTO – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.

Darryl Babinski is described as an Aboriginal male, 38 years of age, 5’10 (178 cms), 162 lbs (73kgs).

He has numerous tattoos including fish and a skull on both sides of his neck, a celtic knot on his left hand and a rose on his right hand.

He is serving a 5 year sentence for Armed Robbery, Threaten Death and Mischief.

The offender is known to frequent the city of North Bay and the Greater Toronto area.
