(IROQUOIS FALLS) – The Iroquois Falls Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a single vehicle ATV collision which occurred on Charles Street in Iroquois Falls, on Tuesday, September 3rd.
OPP responded to the scene of the collision to find an injured operator of an ATV
The operator of the ATV was transported to an area hospital by ambulance for treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation revealed that the operator of the ATV had lost control of the ATV causing the operator to be thrown from the vehicle.
The operator, Richard LEVESQUE, 33, of Cochrane, Ontario, has been charged with:
- Careless Driving contrary to the Off Road Vehicles Act
- Fail to Wear Proper Helmet contrary to the Off Road Vehicles Act
The ATV was removed from the scene.
