Following the cancellation of the Motorcycle Rally for Kids in June, a new date has been set for the annual event.

The motorcycle rally, with members of the H.O.G. Northeast chapter and the Timmins Police Service, will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2015.

Registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. with the ride leaving at 1 p.m.

Fellow motorcyclists are invited to join the ride, for a $20 donation or the donation of an unwrapped toy for a child from 2-12 years old.

Riders will also collect non-perishable food items along the route for local food banks.

The Motorcycle Rally will begin at Timmins Police Service Headquarters (185 Spruce Street South) and will continue down Pine Street South to Iroquois Road, Mountjoy Street South, Kirby, Brunette Road, and down Algonquin Blvd through Schumacher to South Porcupine.
