Canadian Blood Services needs help in securing more blood donations for the Timmins Community Blood Donor clinic that takes place at the St. Dominque Church Hall next week.
The need for blood has been upgraded to critical and we have over 100 openings for the June 21 Timmins Blood Donor Clinic that we must fill to help meet patient needs.
One-in-two Canadians will need blood at some point in their life, yet less than 4 per cent of the population donates. On behalf of hospital patients, we are asking all eligible residents of Timmins to roll up their sleeves to donate blood.

If you are able to organize a group donation, please email [email protected] to make the necessary arrangements to get your group into the clinic at St. Dominique Church Hall on June 21. We can even arrange for transportation!
