The Timmins Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person who has been reported to them as missing as of Friday, Oct. 4.

The Timmins Police Service would like to determine the current whereabouts and confirm the wellbeing of Hazel Gunner, 51, of Moosonee but believed to be in Timmins.

She is described as:
    •    an Indigenous female person
    •    5’4 tall
    •    157 lbs
    •    brown eyes
    •    long dark hair
    •    tattoo of a heart on right arm, tattoo of the word ‘LOVE’ on her left arm

There are no clothing descriptors available.

This person has not had any direct contact with family members or caregivers since Oct. 2 and, as such, this matter remains an open missing person investigation.
