KIRKLAND LAKE - On June 24, 2019 at approximately 5 p.m., members of the Kirkland Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a dispute in Matachewan First Nation, Ont.
As a result of the investigation, Randel Reeb, a 41-year-old, from Matachewan First Nation, Ont., was arrested and charged with the following:
- uttering threats - cause death or bodily harm, contrary to section 264.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Aug. 8, 2019 in Kirkland Lake, Ont.
