The LumanityNORTH Film Incubator (LNFI) invites northern Ontario filmmakers to apply to its short film calling card program.
Three writer, director, producer teams will be shortlisted to participate in an intensive weekend boot camp in North Bay, receiving intensive training and mentorship from industry professionals to further develop their short film projects.
The winning team will receive a $10,000 grant sponsored by Bell Media’s bravoFACT, extensive in-kind services to help complete their short film, as well as a guaranteed premiere at the Cinefest Sudbury International Film Festival.
The program is open exclusively to residents of northern Ontario as defined by the NOHFC.
Participants may be enrolled in a full-time school or university program provided they are completing their final year.
The application deadline has been extended to April 7, 2014.
