A Timmins man is still figuring out how he'll spend his portion of a recent windfall.
Chris Blain's group of nine friends won $175,728 in Timmins and District Hospital Foundation's September 50/50 draw. They've been playing the lottery since it started, according to the foundation announcement.
Blain received the good news while out of town at a wedding, so he was "already in a celebratory mood", said the foundation.
"He’s proudly born and raised in Timmins and loves to support the hospital whenever he can. There’s even a family connection with TADH as his sister is a retired Emergency Department nurse," reads the announcement.
Tickets for the October draw are on sale. They're only available online here.
