IROQUOIS FALLS - On May 15, 2018, at 9:23 p.m., the Iroquois Falls Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a break and enter in progress at a residence where the owner was present.

On May 23, 2018 at 1:41 p.m., the Iroquois Falls OPP along with the OPP Community Street Crime Unit and the OPP North East Region Crime Unit have arrested and charged Justin LeRoux, 28 years old, of Iroquois Falls, Ont.

He is charged with the following offences:

  • Break, enter a dwelling house with the intent to commit indictable offence, contrary to section 348(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC).
  • Three counts of fail to comply with probation order, contrary to section 733.1(1) of the CC.

He is currently being held pending a bail hearing.
