Here's where the city's removing snow this week

Public works crews will be doing snow removal day and night this week.

According to the City of Timmins, overnight snow removal, which is done between 9:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., will happen:

Sunday, March 7

  • BIA - Third, Second

Monday, March 8

  • BIA - Spruce from Sixth to Kirby, Pine from Sixth to Kirby, Cedar from Sixth to Kirby, Balsam from Sixth to Kirby

Tuesday, March 9

  • BIA - Birch from Sixth to Second, Maple from Sixth to Second, Elm from Sixth to Second

Wednesday, March 10

  • South Porcupine - Bruce, Golden, Harold

Daytime snow removal runs from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It will take place:

Monday, March 8

  • Timmins -  Elm from Second to the dead end, Maple from Second to dead end, Birch from Second to Moneta
  • South Porcupine - Front, Huot, Essa

Tuesday, March 9

  • Timmins - Patricia from Ross to Murray, Hart from Ross to Murray, Kay, Murray, Diane, Gordon
  • South Porcupine - Bloor, Shamrock, Dome

Wednesday, March 10

  • Timmins - Hemlock from Ross to Roche, Roche, Hendry, Tamarack from Ross to dead end, Mont Sacre Coeur, Cedar from Ross to Hendry
  • South Porcupine - Broadway, O’Brien, Cecil

Thursday, March 11

  • Timmins - Balsam from Ross to Brousseau, Maple from Ross to Brousseau, Jubilee East, Birch from Ros to Brousseau, Lavigne, Conrad
  • Schumacher - Father Costello, Croatia, Grant, Vipond, Templeton

Friday, March 12

  • Timmins - Cody, Coronation, Tonelli, Delmonte, Reliable, Graham
  • Schumacher - Dwyer, Fourth, Aura Lake, Batochio, Les Hall, Hollinger
