Here's where the city's removing snow this week

Public works crews will be doing night snow removal this week.

According to the City of Timmins, overnight snow removal, which is done between 9:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., will happen:

Sunday, Jan. 12

• Timmins - Brunette from Knox to James, Railway, Moneta, Dale from Railway to Elm

Monday, Jan. 13

• Timmins North/Mountjoy - Lonergan, Power, Joseph, Norman

Tuesday, Jan. 14

• South Porcupine - Bruce from Legion to Lakeview, Main from Strachan to Shamrock, Golden from Legion to Evans, Powell from Crawford to Main, Bloor from Lakeview to Legion, Crawford from Golden to Shamrock 

Wednesday, Jan. 15

• Timmins - Waterloo from Algonquin to Ross, Rea from Algonquin to Ross, Messines, Vimy from Theriault to MacLean 

Daytime snow removal is also scheduled and takes place from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 13

• Timmins - Elm from Second to dead end, Maple from second to dead end, First from Mountjoy to Pine 

• Schumacher - Dwyer, Fourth from Boundary to Vipond, Vipond from Templeton to Father Costellos, Les Hall

Tuesday, Jan. 14

• Timmins -Hemlock from Fifth to Ross, Tamarack from Fifth to Ross, Spruce from Sixth to Ross

• South Porcupine - Essa, Dome

Wednesday, Jan. 15

• Timmins - Cedar from Fifth to Ross, Eighth, Ninth

• South Porcupine - Shamrock, Legion from Shamrock to Harold

Thursday, Jan. 16

• Timmins - Belanger, Rea from Wilson to Southern

• Schumacher - Battochio, Aura Lake, Boundary, Fourth from Boundary to Croatia

Friday, Jan. 17

• South Porcupine - Strachan, Quebec, Front
