Timmins Coin Club Meeting

Timmins Museum, 325 Second Ave.

It’s the club’s first meeting of 2019 and it will include a special presentation on the history of the American penny. There will also be a coin exchange of modern Canadian coins. New members are welcome. Contact [email protected].

Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser

McIntyre Curling Club

It’s in support of Kaitlyn Bertrand, a 13-year-old badminton player representing Timmins across Northern Ontario and provincially. The event is to raise money to help cover travel costs. Dinner will be served from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 and available here.

62nd Annual Juried Exhibit

The Northern Ontario Art Association tradition continues this year. Submissions were received from 15 independent clubs in the region. The selected pieces will be travelling to 12 communities in the upcoming year.
