Whether you're looking to do a little shopping or catch a live performance, there's something for you to do in Timmins this weekend.

Here’s round-up of some of the activities that are on:

Youth Fundraiser Talent Show

Friday, Nov. 24, 7 p.m., South Porcupine Pentecostal Church, 260 Legion Dr.

Watch performances from the youth as they raise money for the youth group events.

Gingerbread Bazaar and Tea

Saturday, Nov. 25, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Porcupine United Church, 122 Queen St., Porcupine

Admission is $8 and includes a soup lunch, sandwiches and desserts. Browse the bake sale, preserves and craft tables.

Chateau Georgian Holiday Bazaar

Saturday, Nov. 25, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Chartwell Chateau Georgian Retirement Residence, 455 Cedar St. N.

The event is free to attend.

Art+Heart

Saturday, Nov. 25, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Christopher’s Coffee House, 35 Pine St. S.

A monthly social gathering for artists and art enthusiasts to talk arts, culture and related issues.

Home for the Holidays featuring Patricia O’Callaghan

Saturday, Nov. 25, 7:30 p.m.

Sylvia Gravel Theatre, O’Gorman High School

Timmins Concert Singers performance. Tickets are $25 each and available at Alfie’s Cigar Store and the Timmins Square Customer Service.

Pet Photos with Santa

Saturday, Nov. 25 and Sunday, Nov. 26, Noon to 4 p.m.

Timmins Family YMCA, 376 Poplar Ave., Timmins

This annual Timmins and District Humane Society fundraiser is being held for two weekends only. The cost is a suggested donation of $10 and you will receive a CD with the photos of your furry friends with Santa!

It’s A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play

Nov 24, 7 p.m.; Nov. 25 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.; Nov. 26 1 p.m.

William Dawson Theatre, TH&VS

Take a step back in time to watch a live radio play unfold on stage. This interactive performance will bring you back to 1946 and features a Foley artist making sound effects on stage throughout the production. The audience is encouraged to have fun at the show, which means you can get out your fedoras and pin curl your hair to watch the show. Tickets are $25 and available at the Timmins Square, Black Spruce Gallery, Porcupine Pro Hardware, and at the door. Tickets for children under 12 years at the matinee performances are $10.
