Three weeks after Timmins Police found four bodies at the scene of a car fire on a rural road, the identities of the victims were confirmed this week. A memorial mass for Joey Gagnon, 37, Tammy Robitaille, 34, Cole Gagnon, 16, and Brandi Gagnon, 14, was held Friday at St-Anthony’s Cathedral.

The Hollinger Park splash pad and playground could be open for the summer for kids to enjoy. According to Mayor Steve Black, the work could be deferred until the fall "due to the cost involved in it being over budget in terms of what was planned." Read more on that story here
