Construction on Langmuir Road will affect traffic this month.
The construction work started today and is expected to end Dec. 22 at 4 p.m.
According to corporate communications co-ordinator Heather Duhn the work is for stream restoration and culvert replacement.
There will still be access to the road, but it will be limited to one lane. There will be flaggers and temporary traffic signals to control traffic.
“We ask the public to drive with extra caution and reduce their speed through this construction zone as we are in winter condition and for the safety of the workers,” reads the notice from the city.
