KIRKLAND LAKE - On Nov. 3, 2019, members of the Kirkland Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a sexual assault.
As a result of the investigation, David Gorman, a 40-year old from Eby Township, was charged with Sexual Assault, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on Dec. 5, 2019.
