Drug charges laid by Timmins Police following downtown arrests

Two individuals are facing drug charges following arrests made by the Timmins Police Service.

Two individuals are facing drug charges following arrests made by the Timmins Police Service.

During the afternoon of October 29, 2013, as a result of information received by police, officers stopped and arrested two Timmins residents in the downtown area. Police seized ¾ of a Fentanyl patch and $375 in Canadian currency. Joseph LAUZON, 45, is charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance.

Kevin PEARCE, 45, is charged with Trafficking Fentanyl.

Both individuals were released on a promise to appear.
