*************************
KAPUSKASING – With the bicycle season well under way, the Kapuskasing Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) will be hosting a bicycle registration session on Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the Kapuskasing OPP detachment located at 80 Riverside Drive.

The free of charge registration and identification sessions, open to all Kapuskasing residents, will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on both days and will focus on registering as many bicycles as possible in order to facilitate the safe return of lost or stolen bicycles to their rightful owners once they have been found by the OPP.

The OPP would like to remind all cyclists to protect their bicycles from theft by keeping them chain locked or stored away in a secure storage when not in use.
