Frost advisory in effect for:
- Little Abitibi - Kesagami Lake
- Timmins - Cochrane - Iroquois Falls
A cold clear night is expected under a ridge of high pressure. Frost is expected to develop overnight and may damage some plants in frost-prone areas.
Take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.
Frost advisories are issued when temperatures are expected to the reach freezing mark during the growing season, leading to potential damage and destruction to plants and crops.
