ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE

On June 20, 2019, at approximately 3:40 p.m., members of the Kirkland Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a disturbance on Government Road in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
Police arrived on scene shortly after and de-escalated the situation. As a result of the investigation, Sacarra Johnson, a 25-year-old, from Kirkland Lake, Ontario, was arrested and charged with the following:
- Assault, contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code.
The accused was release from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on July 18, 2019, in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
