Congratulations goes out to Chuck Auger and Taylor Moore on the grand opening of A & M Property Appraisals Ltd. at 22 Wilcox in Timmins. Mayor Tom Laughren was on hand for the event.
Chuck has been in the appraisal business for over 25 years and Taylor will be his candidate. Wanting to pass along his own experience and knowledge in a mentoring capacity, Chuck recognized the need for another appraisal company and when Taylor expressed an interest, a partnership was formed.
The real estate market is hot in Timmins and A & M Property Appraisals will be a welcome addition to the buying and selling process.
