The South Porcupine OPP offered “Safe Winter Driving” tips at an information session at the Timmins Library on October 10th. Vehicle maintenance, safety reference information, and winter driving strategies were among the topics covered during the presentation.
Const. Marc Depatie and Aux Const. Sue Nelson fielded questions and distributed traffic safety literature at the public event.
The theme of the evening presentation focused on being prepared and using good judgment at all times while travelling on highways and roadways in Northeastern Ontario.
