The Porcupine Health Unit has confirmed a new case of COVID-19.
The case is an individual between 40 and 59 years old and the health unit said in a release that the exposure category of the person was "contact of a case."
Tested on Sept. 17, the person is currently self-isolating.
This is the 80th confirmed case of the virus in the area.
