Adopt Me: Spud is still waiting for a home (adopted)

He’s great with other animals, cats and large dogs

TimminsToday, in partnership with the Timmins and District Humane Society and the Northern Ontario Animal Welfare Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

(Northern Ontario Animal Welfare Society)

Meet Spud! He’s a super sweet older guy estimated to be at least 12 years old. He’s great with other animals, both cats and large dogs.

He’s a pretty chill dude and not a barker at all. He likes frequent naps and lots of cuddle time.

Minimal exercise is needed but he does enjoy the outdoors.

Vaccines are done and neuter is pending. He has a heart murmur that is controlled with oral medication and is expected to have a few good years left. To adopt, please apply at
