Adopt Me: S.K. is still waiting for the purrfect family (adopted)

If you want a good conversationalist, he will chatter away if you talk to him

TimminsToday, in partnership with the Timmins and District Humane Society and the Northern Ontario Animal Welfare Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

(Northern Ontario Animal Welfare Society)

BREED: domestic longhair
COLOUR: black
DOB: Sept 2019
SEX: male, neutered

This handsome fellow is S.K. (nickname for skitter cat). S.K. was was born in September of 2019 and has been with his foster family since last November. He is really starting to come out of his shell and is what we call a companion cat. Companion Cats are just that, best suited to be company for another cat or animal.

He eventually gets use to the people in the house. He will not tolerate being picked up, doesn't sit in your lap for pets, or actively seek out attention from humans.

However, if you want a funny conversation he will chatter away if you talk to him. He is the best fly catcher ever!

He is happy to play and keep other cats company, and even enjoys curling up and snoozing with the dog.

S.K. needs a forever home to be understanding and just let him be him! Are you that forever home? Apply at
