Disco

(Humane Society)

Hi there! I’m Disco and staff tell me that I’m really somethin’ special. I came into the Timmins & District Humane Society as a feral kitten along with my brother and sister.

Because I was found a bit later than them, I was REALLY scared of people when I arrived. I’ve been coming around a bit, and I even got to spend some time in a foster home.

While I was there, little by little, I became more comfortable and confident. I proved to everyone that given a chance, I can really be a great feline comrade.

Now, I love to play and will purr really loudly if you scratch my belly. I require a home that already has cats since companions of this sort really work to bring me out of my shell. (Sorry to say, I’m not a real big fan of dogs, though.)

Hopefully someone will see past my fear and realize what an amazing boy I can be when given the chance! Would you please come say hello?

All TDHS dog and cat adoptions include the animal’s spay or neuter surgery, vaccines, deworming treatment, a sample bag of Science Diet kibble, coupons, and six pre-paid weeks of pet insurance through Pet Secure.

We also facilitate small animal adoptions (e.g. ferrets, bunnies, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, etc); please contact us to inquire about the adoption process for those little ones.
