Adopt Me: Cash is still waiting for his furever home (adopted)

He's had a few surgeries in his short life, one to remove an eye a few years ago and more recently to remove a mass from his bladder

TimminsToday, in partnership with the Timmins and District Humane Society and the Northern Ontario Animal Welfare Society, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Hey, remember me?! I’m Cash a.k.a Kashi. I’m a six-year-old male with big beautiful whiskers and the softest of softest long fur. I’m a sweet kitty that loves affection more and more these days.

I still don’t like being picked up really, but let me come to you, get on your lap or lay down on your chest, or next to you in bed, and pet away! I love my head stroked and under my chin.

I’ve decided the kitties in foster home aren’t so bad, we get along now and I even sleep with this chill kitty named Bingo sometimes. I’m still not a big fan of dogs yet, but they are around and I don’t give them any trouble unless they get too excited and come at me.

I’m a big boy with only one eye, as you can see. That’s okay, I do just fine without it, and it kind of looks like I’m winking at you all the time, so it’s cool.

I have a lot of love to give and will make a great companion for a single person, an older couple, or a quieter home without kids. What do you say? Will you give me a chance?
