Rainfall warning in effect for:
Kapuskasing - Hearst - Smooth Rock Falls
Rain, at times heavy, is expected.
A low pressure system over southern Minnesota this morning is forecast to track northeastwards into Ontario today.
Rain will spread across regions to the northeast of Lake Superior and become heavy at times this afternoon before tapering off this evening.
Amounts of 30 to 50 mm are expected in the warned regions.
Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
Rainfall Warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
Environment Canada meteorologists will update alerts as required. Please monitor local media or Weatheradio.
