The Traffic Department wishes to advise motorists that traffic signals will be removed at the intersection of Third and Balsam on Monday, November 24th. To safely perform the work, sections of Third Avenue will be closed between 8am and 4pm. Similar work will take place at the intersection of Second and Balsam on Tuesday, November 25th. To safely perform the work, sections of Second Avenue will be closed between 8am and 4pm.
These intersections have been replaced with all way stop signs. More work will be undertaken at these intersection in the summer of 2015.
